The people around you. The variable.

Ten founders. Two weeks. One private villa in Canggu. People who are building something real — and will push you to do the same.

The Premise

Ten founders. One house. Two weeks.

Every program sells community. Most deliver a Slack group you mute after three days. The Founders Residence is ten founders, one house, two weeks in Bali. We don't manufacture connection. We just remove what's in the way.

No top-down coaching. No stage. Instead: Hot Seat Sessions, Founder Sessions, Deep Work Blocks, and Keynotes — formats that actually move things. With nine other founders at your level who know what you're dealing with, because they're dealing with it too. Your bottleneck isn't your product, your funnel, or your offer. It's that you're building it all alone.

Who Belongs Here

You've started. You're earning. There's more.

This isn't for people still in the idea stage. Everyone here has a running business and real revenue — not yet scaled, but not zero either. They're not looking for a coach or an overpriced mastermind. They're looking for nine other founders at the same stage who'll tell them the truth.

The Setting

Not a hotel. Not coworking. Better than either.

Ceilings high enough that the heat has somewhere to go. Frangipani heavy in the air before you're fully awake. The sound of water before your brain has caught up. This is not a hotel — no lobby, no checkout, no one choreographing your experience from a script. Just a house that holds you at exactly the right distance from everything: far enough to think clearly, close enough to eat well, talk until midnight, and mean every word of it.

Ten bedrooms, ten bathrooms. Everyone gets their own door to close. Three rooftop terraces, a pool in the courtyard, a private gym, and a kitchen island long enough that nobody has to eat standing up. The ocean is a sixty-second walk.

How We Work

Four formats. Zero filler.

Four formats. Each designed to do exactly one thing — not fill time, but break something open. For you, and for everyone else in the room.

01

Hot Seat

One founder. The full group. No warm-up. You put your business on the table — real numbers, the actual problem, the thing you've been circling for months — and nine sharp operators go to work on it. Uncomfortable. Specific. The kind of feedback you can't get from your team, your partner, or your coach.

02

Founder Keynotes

Everyone in the room has built something the others haven't seen, and everyone gives a keynote on it. Fifteen minutes to show it. Thirty minutes to break it apart. No filler topics — just the thing that actually moves your business.

03

Deep Work Blocks

Protected time. No agenda, no facilitation, no interruptions. Just you and the work that's been sitting there — the funnel, the offer, the piece of content, the system you keep skipping. You decide what moves. We make sure nothing gets in the way.

04

Future Mapping

The next twelve months, cut into ninety-day sprints. Not a vision exercise — a plan with hard dates, real decisions, and people in the room who've heard you commit to it out loud. Clarity is different when someone's holding you to it.

What This Actually Is

Development. On two levels.

Two weeks of structured work on the business and on the person running it. Keynotes, sessions, focused work blocks — and the training, sleep and headspace that make any of it hold.

01

Business

Every founder gives a keynote on what they do better than the rest — fifteen minutes in, thirty minutes apart. Add hot seats, deep work blocks and a twelve-month plan cut into ninety-day sprints. Offer, funnel, pricing, systems: the work happens on your own numbers, not on a case study.

02

The Person

Nobody scales a company past the point where they stop functioning themselves. Habits, energy, focus, body. Training in the villa gym, mornings that start early, sober days when they help, and two weeks far enough from your usual environment to see what you actually keep doing on autopilot.

The Other Half

Bali is outside. Door's open.

The off-hours are curated. Not scheduled, not performed, not optimized for content. Something shifts when founders step away from screens together — not immediately, but inevitably. We've built the conditions for that shift on purpose. What you do with them is up to you. You'll understand what we mean the moment you arrive.

Expect to be surprised by what actually gets to you. Expect conversations that start nowhere and end somewhere real. Expect to leave with stories you'll still be telling years from now — and with the people who were in the room when they happened.

A Day in the Rhythm

Breakfast. Deep work. The rest follows.

Mornings

Breakfast is ready before you are. Fresh fruit, eggs, coffee that actually tastes like something. The kind of start that costs you nothing — no decisions before 9am, no standing in a kitchen negotiating with yourself. Sit down. Eat something real. Begin.

Evenings

Seven evenings, a private chef cooks in the villa. Real food, long table, the kind of dinner that begins with business and ends somewhere no one planned. The other seven evenings, Bali hands you the keys and gets out of the way.

Getting Around

Scooters at the villa, keys already in. Canggu opens up fast — beach in ten minutes, warungs tucked into side streets, rice fields just past the noise of town, afternoons that don't make it into any calendar. Leave when you feel like it. No one's waiting.

Your Seat at the Table

Ten seats. One is yours.

We read every application ourselves — no filters, no assistants. Tell us where you are, where you're heading, and why this is your moment. The rest happens in conversation.
